On behalf of the entire Kish Travel team, I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to our guests and clients during this time of rapid change and uncertainty. Your trust in our services and your commitment to small business is a critical component to our success. Kish Travel will continue to serve our clients with the highest level of service and we are dedicated to providing information and support now, and in the days to come. We are here for the long term and we are fully committed to our clients and the entire travel community as we work to overcome these unprecedented challenges together.

Personally, I would like to recognize and thank our team of Travel Specialists who have worked tirelessly these past few weeks to support their clients. We are continually being updated and informed by our entire portfolio of travel partners. Their policy updates and service announcements are helping us navigate and better understand how to assist each guest with an impacted itinerary. As a company, we are committed to communicate timely and relevant information to each of our clients in the days to come.

Now, more than ever, our team of dedicated Travel Specialists is working diligently throughout the days and into the evenings to assist our clients with their travel plans and answer questions. In an effort to continue to provide full service to our clients while protecting you and our employees, in-office appointments and walk-ins will not be available beginning Thursday, March 19, as the Kish Bank branches in which our offices are located will be temporarily closing their lobbies, limiting banking business to drive-thrus (see Kish Bank updates here). Kish Travel Specialists have full access to their email and telephone, and their contact information can be found here. Please note that due to the volume of calls and the significant hold times our travel partners are experiencing, we are working on clients’ vacations in order of their arrival date, beginning with guests whose travel plans were scheduled for March and April or travelers who may be impacted by temporary travel restrictions enacted by some of our travel partners. As always, we strive to be available to provide prompt assistance and we thank you for your understanding during this time.

Kish Travel is pleased to announce that it has recently become the exclusive travel partner of Pixie Dust Wishes, a State College-based non-profit that grants Disney World wish trips to individuals with special needs/disabilities and their families.

Pixie Dust Wishes has awarded nine wishes since its inception in 2017. This year, they hope to award many more wishes—and Kish Travel, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, is delighted to be providing financial and professional assistance in planning perfect, customized Disney vacations for each of the wish recipients.
